Where Skyller came from
None of them came from a market study. They came from watching how work actually happens inside companies — including our own.

It came through each person's private chat, through tools that do not talk to each other and through isolated initiatives. Nobody decided to adopt it; it simply happened.

When everyone builds their own AI, what they discovered stays in their own history. The company accumulates repeated effort and does not accumulate knowledge.

Which knowledge does this AI work with? Who can reach each system? Who approves what becomes an official source? What requires a person before acting? How much is being spent, and by whom?

Skills IT has provided managed IT services since 2017 and watched these four observations repeat from client to client. The decision was to build the environment where knowledge, systems, people and permissions sit together — and where today's answer keeps serving tomorrow, for someone else on the team.
