Skills IT Soluções em Tecnologia, a managed IT services company since 2017, which builds and provides the platform. It appears on contracts, legal documents and billing; in the product and on the site, the brand is Skyller.

How many customers do you have?

Skyller serves companies in very different sectors: accounting, agribusiness, wholesale, logistics. The count is not published, because a wall of logos does not prove the platform solves your problem; talking to current users depends on their authorization and is part of the sales conversation.

Which AI models does Skyller use?

Models from OpenAI, Anthropic and other providers, chosen for each task. What belongs to Skyller is the company's context, the permissions, the approval of sensitive actions and where the output goes.

What do you do with our data?

Customer data is not sold, and submitted content does not train models: both are commitments in the data processing agreement. Where each thing runs is on Security and deployment.

Where Skyller came from

Four observations nobody needs to be a specialist to recognise.

They came from watching work happen inside companies, our own included.

Through each person's own chat and scattered tools. Nobody decided to adopt it; it just happened.

Context weighs more than the model: An approved document, the right system and the asker's permission change the answer more than switching models.
Governance is visible control, not a badge: Identity, enabled functions, a human decision on sensitive actions and a record. If it does not show on screen, it does not count.
What one person creates can become team capability: Agents, prompts, spaces, Kanban boards and documents are reused with defined reach and permissions.
Nobody should pay for an idle seat: The team shares one balance of AI credits, allocated according to real need.
