Skyller Meetings follows the call on Zoom, Teams or Meet right from your computer, with no bot joining the room. During the conversation it suggests what to answer; when it ends, it takes the minutes to the right board card.

Notice before recording
The app never records on its own: it asks first and shows the notice ready to paste into the call. For topics that can't leave the computer, private mode runs the AI on the machine itself.

The meeting is over. Its record never started.
Sales
The terms agreed on that nobody wrote down
On the call, the customer asked for a cash discount and an implementation date. A week later, nobody remembers the number promised, and the pipeline card still shows the old value.

The decision that lives at minute 41 of the recording

How it works
From the open call to the minutes on the card.
01
Install and connect
Download Skyller Meetings for Windows and connect your account in Settings › Skyller in your assistant › Skyller Meetings. With Google Calendar connected, the app only reads your events.
02
Pick the card
Before starting, pick the Kanban card. If you don't, Skyller looks for the meeting link, the calendar series or the contact's email and phone; when in doubt, it shows the candidates, and the meeting never ends up without a destination.
03
Record with notice
The app notices the call in Zoom, Teams, Webex or the browser and asks whether to start, never recording on its own. Before recording, it shows the recording notice, ready to copy to participants.
04
Talk with the copilot
The automatic tip arrives in about a second. What should I answer?, Clarify, Summarize and Follow-up question ask for a tip on the spot; Search the company knowledge base checks the documents and takes a few seconds.
05
The minutes land on the card
When the meeting ends, the board rule writes the minutes to the card field and AI suggests values for the other fields. A person accepts or declines each suggestion; the transcript stays on the Meetings tab.
Live proof
One sales call, three suggested fields, none saved without you.
Starting point
The sales rep just finished the proposal meeting with Aurora Foods, recorded in Skyller Meetings with the “Aurora Foods” card from the sales pipeline picked before starting.
What happens
01The board's “Meeting ended” rule writes the minutes to the card field: decisions, next steps with an owner and a date, and the objections raised.
02Skyller suggests three values: an estimated value of $48k, the next step “send the revised proposal by Friday” and an expected close on 10/30, each with the part of the conversation that supports it.
03The rep accepts the value and the next step and declines the date, because the customer still has to check with the board. Only what the rep accepted changes on the card.
Result
The card left the meeting with the right value, a dated next step and the minutes, and the transcript stays on the Meetings tab for anyone who needs to check it.

Suggestions waiting for your approval
Good to know
The live tip does not look up documents. Searching the company knowledge base is a separate button and takes from a few seconds to half a minute.
The minutes are written by a board rule with the Meeting ended trigger; the 16 templates with Meetings already include it.
During the meeting, the transcript separates you from the other participants. Telling each person apart (Participant 1, 2…) applies to meetings uploaded afterwards, when the company turns that option on.
Company, values and people are fictional; the rule, the suggestions and the approval are the product's.
To evaluate calmly

Select a topic to see its capabilities, conditions, and limits.
Three ways to transcribe
Automatic, on this computer or by Skyller, on its own server. In Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Records even offline
Without a connection, the app records on the computer and uploads by itself when the internet is back, within seven days. In that case the meeting runs without the copilot.
Asks before starting
The app recognizes calls in Zoom, Teams, Webex, Slack, Discord and the browser and asks whether to start. It never starts recording on its own.
Private mode
For the conversation that cannot leave the computer: AI runs on the machine, with a local model such as Ollama or LM Studio, and the connection to Skyller is cut off.
A short tip, right away
The automatic tip arrives in about a second, focused on what matters to the business: decisions, actions with an owner and a date, commitments, risks, objections and numbers.
Company knowledge search
A separate button checks the company knowledge base and answers in a few seconds, without getting in the way of the conversation tips.
Ask about the meeting
In Search this meeting, Skyller answers from the full transcript: what the customer asked for, who took which task, which number was mentioned.
Meetings tab on the card
Each card keeps its own meetings, with the transcript, the participants' names and the Record meeting and Link meeting buttons.
Suggestions that wait for approval
After the meeting, AI suggests field values, each with the part of the conversation that justifies it. They stay pending until a person accepts or declines them.
Meeting impact
On the board's Metrics tab, the panel compares deals won with and without a recorded meeting. It is a comparison, not proof of cause.
