How credits work

One balance. Three modes. No surprises on the invoice.

An AI credit is Skyller's unit of use. The person picks the mode by task type; Skyller picks the model and debits the company balance. The administrator follows consumption per person and per area and sets each team's limit.

  1. Starting point

    The month's balance reached 90% in the third week. Nobody on the team noticed; the administrator got the alert.

  2. What happens

    1. 01Nobody is blocked: when the balance runs out, conversations continue in economy mode, without debiting.
    2. 02The administrator decides: wait for the monthly renewal, buy a credit pack or move up a plan.
    3. 03The purchased pack enters the balance as soon as payment is confirmed and applies within the month in which it was bought.

  3. Result

    The company's bill never grows on its own. Every increase in spending goes through an administrator's decision, and that decision is recorded.

What this scene does not promise

  • Economy mode is a contingency: it handles everyday work, it does not replace Advanced or Premium.
  • A credit pack does not reactivate an expired cycle: with renewal pending, you need to renew, not top up.
  • Each mode's weight is a minimum per message; a long analysis or one with many attachments consumes more than the minimum.

Support from the Skyller team on business days, 9am to 6pm (Brasília time); first response means a person replying to the ticket, counted in business hours. Availability is an operational target measured per month, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance; it is published for transparency and does not generate automatic credits or discounts. The dedicated consultant guides priorities and adoption; it does not replace an implementation project.
