How credits work

One balance. Three modes. No surprises on the invoice.

The person picks the mode, Skyller picks the model and debits the balance, and the administrator follows consumption by area and caps each team.

  1. Starting point

    The month's balance reached 90% in the third week. Nobody on the team noticed; the administrator got the alert.

  2. What happens

    1. 01Out of balance or with a payment pending, Skyller keeps going in economy mode and deducts the usage from the next cycle.
    2. 02The administrator is notified and buys credits, moves up a plan or settles the payment; if they turn the advance off in Billing, conversations are paused.
    3. 03The purchased pack enters the balance once payment is confirmed and applies within the month it was bought.

  3. Result

    The company's bill never grows on its own: every increase in spending goes through an administrator's decision, and it is recorded.

Good to know

  • During the advance, Skyller answers only in economy mode, up to 30% of the plan; past that limit, you need to buy credits or settle the payment.
  • Each mode's weight is the minimum per message; a long analysis or one with many attachments consumes more.

Fictitious company; the alert, economy mode and manual top-up are the product's.

Availability is a monthly target, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance, and generates no automatic credit.
