Does Skyller require a Microsoft 365 subscription?

Skyller works on its own: documents, agents, Kanban boards and assessments all run in it, with no Microsoft plan. Microsoft 365 comes in as a connection when it makes sense, according to the catalogue and the plan.

Can Copilot query external data and create assessments?

It can: synced and federated connectors query external sources, Forms creates quizzes with points and deadlines, and Copilot Studio extends agents and channels, each with its own licence and usage.

Does it make sense to keep both products?

It can: Copilot for Word, Excel and Teams routines, and Skyller for processes that cross teams. The costs add up; having both brings no automatic savings.

Does every AI action need approval?

By default, deleting, removing, archiving and sending wait for confirmation from whoever started the run; creating and updating go ahead, and the company can require more by role. Document review is a separate control.

What happens when the AI credits run out?

Conversations switch to economy mode and keep working. Modes, allowances, permissions and API access follow the plan’s rules.

Can the platform run on the company's own infrastructure?
