Each farm's own procedure
Every farm, warehouse and unit gets its own workspace with its own documents. The Occupational Health and Safety Programme, the Physical Inventory Process and the Internal Quality Audit Procedure start from ready-made templates, are adjusted for that farm and published with a second person's review.
The question from the corral, the warehouse or the road
The conversation opened in the farm's workspace adds its material to the company's, and the answer comes from what is published, with the document alongside. What sits in another farm's workspace does not enter — and only a published document answers.
The check before closing a purchase
Every purchase becomes a card with source farm, lot, owner and due date. You decide which evidence fields are required at each stage: without them filled in, the card does not move — Skyller opens what is missing and only then advances it. Who checked what and when stays recorded on the card.
Supplier documents with a deadline
Environmental registrations, licences, lab reports, health certificates and supply contracts come in as documents with a type, an effective date and an expiry date. Once the expiry date passes, the document stops answering and drops out of the assistant's inventory: nobody answers on the back of expired paperwork without noticing.

Slack, Telegram and WhatsApp can become a conversation channel with one of the company's agents. The connection runs on the integration key of whoever created it — which requires a plan that includes API access —, it is a credit add-on, and the permission used is the connection owner's, not that of the person typing on the other side.
Spreadsheets and farm management software
The farm spreadsheet is in the connection catalogue and comes in with the account connected and the function released. Herd or farm management software may have no ready-made connector there — in that case it comes in through its own bridge address, with a secure connection required and function-by-function release, once the vendor, your IT or a partner builds it.
Stays with the team
Searching embargo lists, public registers and supplier records
The search is still done by whoever is buying, on the authorities' own websites: they publish no bridge to connect to, which is why no catalogue anywhere carries a connector for them. What comes into being here is the record — who searched, when, with which result and with the proof attached to the card.
Issuing transit permits, invoices and shipping documents
Issuing stays in the tax authority's and the state agricultural agency's systems. Skyller does not issue, does not sign, does not file and does not talk to those systems — it keeps the document once issued and answers from it.
Crop, herd, machinery and satellites
Planting, application, management, animal health, dosage, harvest and the moment to sell are decisions for agronomists, vets and whoever answers for the business. And Skyller does not read electronic ear tags, scales, field sensors, machine telemetry or satellite and drone imagery — none of that exists in the product.

The test of an agribusiness operation is not the day the procedure gets written: it is the Monday the truck leaves the source farm and somebody asks whether the check was done — and by whom.
Starting point
The purchase of three hundred calves from a new farm is closed for Monday. The company's procedure says what has to be checked before loading; it lives in a PDF at head office, and the check for the previous purchase lives in a spreadsheet one person updates at night.
What happens
- The purchase procedure starts from ready-made templates — the Supplier Quotation and Selection Process and the Supplier Code of Conduct —, is adjusted to what the company requires and published with a second person's review: whoever wrote it does not review their own text, and being an administrator does not, on its own, give anyone the right to approve. From then on, “what do I have to check before closing?” is answered by the document, with the link alongside, for whoever asks.
- The purchase becomes a card with source farm, lot, owner and due date. To leave Under review, the evidence fields have to be filled in: Skyller opens what is missing and only then moves the card. Who searched what, when and with which result is recorded there — the search is still done on the authorities' websites; what comes into being is the proof that it happened.
- That source farm's documents land in its workspace, with a type, an effective date and an expiry date. Once the lab report or the licence expires, the document stops answering and drops out of the assistant's inventory — the next question about that farm is not answered with expired paperwork.

What this scene does not promise
- Skyller does not search embargo lists, environmental registrations, public forced-labour lists or the state agricultural agency's system: those authorities publish no bridge to connect to. It keeps the record that the search was done, by whom and when — the search is yours.
- It does not issue transit permits, producer invoices or shipping documents, and it does not talk to the tax authority's or the agricultural agency's systems.
- The rule that answers is the one your company published. Skyller does not look up state legislation, does not warn you when it changes and does not decide whether the purchase can go ahead.
- No agronomic or veterinary recommendations, no yield forecasting, no reading of electronic ear tags, scales, field sensors, machine telemetry or satellite imagery. That part does not exist in the product and is not what Skyller does.

One workspace per farm — yours and your suppliers'
Farms, warehouses, receiving units and suppliers get their own workspaces inside the company. A conversation opened in one of them adds that workspace's material to the company's, and what sits in another farm's workspace does not enter the answer. Scanned paper gets in too: PDFs and images go through image reading before they become searchable text.
The check that does not advance without the evidence
You build the purchase board with your own fields — source farm, lot, owner, due date, proofs — out of fifteen field types, and mark which ones are required at each stage. Without them, the card does not move: Skyller opens what is missing and only then advances it. What ends up recorded on the card is what you show later.
An expiry date that pulls the document out of the answer
Licences, registrations, lab reports, health certificates and contracts carry an expiry date. Once it passes, the document stops answering and drops out of the assistant's inventory — the same criterion in both places, so the assistant never cites what the reader would refuse. Periodic review is a different thing: it flags that it is time to reread, but it does not remove.
The company's rule, published with two signatures
The Occupational Health and Safety Programme, the Occupational Health and Safety Policy, the Physical Inventory Process, the Internal Quality Audit Procedure, the Non-conformity Handling Process, the Purchasing Policy and the Supplier Code of Conduct start from ready-made templates. The company decides which types require review; where it does, whoever wrote it does not review their own text.
