Yes. The official page describes company context, granular permissions, collaborative projects and sessions, and synchronized memory. This comparison discusses each platform’s publication and execution lifecycle, not an assumption that all G4 work is isolated on one computer.

Does Skyller also have a desktop app, and does it work offline?

There is a Mac, Windows and Linux app, plus browser access. The platform requires a network connection. The local bridge can access authorized folders and machine-local connectors; those features require the app and connector to be running.

Does Skyller have an equivalent to G4 OS’s internal browser?

G4 OS describes controlling web systems without APIs through its internal browser. Skyller works through integrations and connectors; it does not promise the same interface automation. If that is central to your process, include it in your evaluation.

Does every action need another person’s approval?

No. Actions configured for confirmation wait for the person who initiated the run. Documents have separate governance: a workspace may require single approval or review followed by approval, with recorded roles and decisions. These are different, configurable controls.

What happens when AI credits run out?

When the balance or AI quota runs out, Skyller conversations switch to economy mode. This does not make every feature unlimited: modes, usage, allowances, permissions and API access remain subject to the plan and configuration.

And what is not in the cloud — the file and the in-house system? Both solve this, by different routes. It is worth working out which of the two is your case. Skyller Skyller Desktop runs connectors on the machine itself: a local server, started by the application, with a list of allowed folders as the boundary. The program path and the credentials stay on the computer and never reach our server. Add to that the MCP server the company registers on its own, which can run inside its own network. One thing the bridge does not do: drive the screen of a web system that offers neither API nor MCP — in that specific case their internal browser goes further.
