Walk into the meeting knowing what was already agreed.

The meeting is tomorrow and that account's history lives in three places: the inbox of whoever handled it before, a CRM with the deal stalled, and a three-month-old proposal in a folder. In Skyller, what your company has written — the sales manual, the discount policy, the earlier proposal — answers in chat with the document linked beside it. The brief becomes a deck you review before it turns into slides, and the next step lands on a board with company, amount and date. Calling, negotiating and closing stay your work.

Better prepared meetings

How it works today

Prepares in the car: digs through e-mail for what was promised, tries to remember how much discount is allowed, and improvises with the same corporate deck as always.

With Skyller

Asks what was agreed and what the discount rule allows, gets the answer with the document attached, and leaves with a deck built for that account and reviewed by them.

Skyller does it

Preparing the meeting with what your company already wrote

The sales manual, the contract policy, an earlier proposal saved in the library and the notes from the last conversation all answer in chat with the document link. Whoever asks sees only what they are allowed to see.

Pitch, objections and discount policy

The sales manual, the negotiation guide and phone, e-mail and chat scripts start from ready-made templates, go through review and become the team's standard answer. The request that worked becomes a saved prompt everyone can use.

Proposal and supporting material

The brief produces an outline you edit before any slide exists; then you pick the tone, the density and the number of slides, and export as PPTX or PDF. Images come from a stock library with credit — they are not AI-generated.

Pipeline, next step and handover

A ready-made board takes the opportunity from Lead to Won or Lost, with company, amount as currency, contact, phone, source and next action as first-class fields. The card's due date triggers a warning 24 hours ahead.

Training whoever joins the team

The published sales manual becomes a 3-to-20-question assessment, assigned to people and teams with a deadline, with results per person and per question. Whoever joined this month shows they understood before facing a customer.

Depends on setup

E-mail, calendar and CRM in the preparation

Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Zoho are in the connection catalogue. With the connection in place and the function released, Skyller looks up the deal and the calendar; when the connection is personal, it sees what that person sees.

Contract, signature and after-sales

The contract and warranty policies answer in chat, and Skyller helps draft and check against them. With DocuSign connected you can follow what was sent for signature — signing happens there, not here.

Stays with the team

Outbound prospecting, calls and cadences

Dialling, firing e-mail sequences and buying lists all stay outside Skyller. There is no dialler, automatic cadence or lead scoring — it writes the text, and you are the one who sends it.

Quota, commission and close forecast

Calculating commission, tracking quota and projecting the month's close all stay outside Skyller. There is no quota dashboard, commission calculation or sales forecast — what exists is the pipeline with stage, amount, owner and due date.

Some routines require connecting a system or adjusting your company settings.

Live proof

The meeting is tomorrow at nine.

A sales team is not tested at meeting time. It is tested the night before, when somebody has to rebuild three months of conversation from a forwarded e-mail and a CRM nobody updated.

  1. Starting point

Tomorrow's meeting is with a retail chain that asked for a proposal three months ago. Whoever handled it back then has left the company; what remains is a deal parked at the Proposal stage and an old file in the library.

  2. What happens

    1. The account executive asks in chat what was agreed with that account and how far the allowed discount goes. The answer brings the rule with a link to the commercial contract policy and the excerpt from the earlier proposal held in the library. With e-mail and CRM connected and the function released, he also asks for the last recorded negotiation — and gets what his own connection reaches.
    2. The same brief produces the deck: he answers topic, audience and context, reviews and edits the outline before any slide exists, picks the sales tone and the number of slides, and exports it as PDF to send after the meeting. Images come from a stock library with credit.
    3. The next step becomes a card on the pipeline, with company, amount, contact and the Proposal stage. The card's due date triggers a warning 24 hours ahead, to whoever owns it — even if that is someone else on the team.
  3. Result

He walked into the meeting with the agreement in hand and the discount rule checked, and walked out with material built for that account and a next step with an owner and a date — instead of a note in a pad nobody will read again.

What this scene does not promise

  • Skyller does not dial, does not fire prospecting sequences and does not score leads. There is no dialler, no automatic cadence and no scoring here.
  • The pipeline card is not the CRM deal: there is no sync between them. Moving the card in Skyller does not move the opportunity there, and the reverse does not happen either.
  • Sending an e-mail or writing to the CRM is an action in a connected system: it depends on the connection existing, on the function being released and, whenever the company requires it, on a human confirmation before it runs.
  • The deck comes out as a draft to review, not a finished piece. Reviewing the outline is a step in the flow itself, and no image is AI-generated.

Fictional company, amounts and dates; the chat with its source, the deck assistant and the pipeline board are the product's own.

The sales material you already have, answering

The library carries a sales manual, a negotiation guide, phone, e-mail and chat scripts, a commercial contract policy, a warranty and returns policy, customer service guidance and a loyalty programme. Published with review, the text starts answering in chat with the link.

A proposal from the brief, reviewed before the slide

Three questions — topic, audience and context, the last two optional — produce an outline you edit. Only then come the tone (professional, casual, educational or sales), the density and the number of slides: 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 or automatic. It exports as PPTX and PDF, and the palette can come from your company's colours.

A pipeline with the fields selling actually uses

Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Won and Lost, with company, amount as currency, contact, phone, source (referral, website, event, outbound) and next action already as fields. Three views of the same board — board, table and calendar — and the numbers at the top work as filters.

The request that worked becomes the team's standard

The text that worked to summarise a call, write a follow-up or build a comparison is saved as a prompt with fields to fill in — private, shared with your team or with the whole company. Whoever joins later uses it without rewriting anything.

What was decided stays with you

Memory keeps each person's context — what you have asked for, how you work, what was decided — and uses that context only with you. Beside it are your notes: the private ones it does not read, and the ones you write precisely so it can look them up.

CRM, e-mail, calendar and signature in the catalogue

HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar and DocuSign are among the available connections. Every function carries a risk level, and those rated high or critical ask for human confirmation by default — the company can require more, lock the requirement and restrict a function to a group.

Ready-made agents for the area

The platform ships agents such as sales analyst, sales manager and pricing analyst, plus profiles by segment. Each one is a starting point your company adjusts — instructions, documents and released functions.

Training from your own material

The published sales manual produces an assessment of 3 to 20 questions, 2 to 6 options each and three difficulty levels, with a pass mark the company sets. It goes to individuals or to a whole team, with a deadline, and results appear per person and per question.

Whoever asks sees only what they may see

Inside the sales hub, what belongs to sales answers sales; what belongs to the company answers everyone. A document's permissions apply inside chat too, for people and for agents — and an agent acts with the permissions of whoever asked, with no administrator privilege.

How sales starts

From the first prepared meeting to a pipeline with owners.

This is not a months-long project. It is one published document, one prepared meeting and one pipeline with a next step — everything else builds on that.

  1. Sales

Creates the sales hub and picks who takes part: who writes the material, who reviews it and who only reads.

Owner, editor and reader roles per person or per team; a private hub answers only to the people inside it.

  2. Sales

Publishes the sales manual and the discount policy from the templates, with a second person reviewing.

Whether review and approval are required is decided by the company, per document type.

  3. Account executive

Before the meeting, asks in chat what was agreed and what the policy allows, and gets the answer with the document attached.

When the answer comes from a document, the link appears; the asker's permissions are respected.

  4. Account executive

Generates the deck from the brief, reviews the outline, picks the style and exports as PPTX or PDF.

The outline is reviewed before it becomes slides; images come from a stock library with credit, never AI-generated.

  5. Sales

Creates the pipeline from the CRM template and records the next step with an owner and a due date.

Stages and fields belong to the company; the card's due date is what triggers the warning, not the next-action field.

Comes ready

  • Sales manual, negotiation guide, scripts and contract policy, ready to adapt
  • A deck from the brief, with a reviewable outline and PPTX and PDF export
  • A pipeline from Lead to Won or Lost, with amount as currency, source and next action as fields
  • Prompts saved for the whole team, with fields to fill in
  • Ready-made agents such as sales analyst, sales manager and pricing analyst

Your company decides

  • Which material requires review and approval, and who holds those responsibilities
  • Which stages and fields the pipeline uses, and what is required to advance
  • Which systems are connected, whether the connection is company-wide or personal, and which functions are released
  • Which actions ask for human confirmation, beyond those that already do by risk
