The Memory and notes area separates what Skyller learned on her own, what is only yours and what you wrote for her. Mixing the three is what scares people — which is why they do not mix here.

Facts and preferences Skyller records after conversations, and that you can also add by hand. Any agent can receive these items when they are relevant.

Your own notes, with colour, tags, pinning and a reminder — including a recurring one. Skyller does not consult these notes: no tool reads them and they are never injected into the conversation.

Notes for Skyller
What you want that agent to take into account: a way of writing, a restriction, an agreement. The note stays with the agent you wrote it for, and that agent consults it when it judges it necessary — in the same place where it keeps its own notes about your work.

When she uses it
A factual question — a definition, a calculation, a “how do I do X” — is answered directly, with no personalisation. Recommendation, decision, planning and writing use what relates to the subject.

What you do with it
Open the list, filter by type, origin and period, edit a wrong item, forget an item or clear everything. Forgetting does not erase the conversation where it appeared.

Invisible memory is what breeds distrust. Here it is a list of yours, with filters, an edit button and a forget button — the only way a person can trust what the AI knows about them.

Skyller recorded that you prefer short answers and that you handle the accounting close. One of the two has changed.
What happens

- 03The next conversations use the corrected record; the old history stays untouched.

Memory stops being a black box and becomes a record of yours, which you audit and correct — without depending on support and without erasing the history of the conversations.
What this scene does not promise
- Memory belongs to the person inside the company: it does not become corporate knowledge and does not feed another person's answer.
- No screen turns memory into a report on behaviour, productivity or team monitoring.
- Correcting an item changes what applies from now on; it does not rewrite what was already answered.

Outside the AI context and tools
- Scoped per person, in the database
- Every record carries the company and the user, and reading is filtered by that pair in the database itself. Asking for someone else's memory returns no content: the server refuses the request, including when the person asking is an administrator.
- My notes stay outside
- They are not consulted before the answer, they do not enter the text that goes to the model and they do not exist as a tool for the agent. That is an architecture decision, not an option someone can switch on by accident.
- Three shapes of memory
- Facts and preferences about you; entities with the facts attached to them — customers, projects, people; and each session's context, with a goal and a summary updated while the conversation continues.
- Relevance gate
- It is not that every conversation carries everything. A factual question is answered directly; context enters in decisions, recommendations, planning and writing, and only with what relates to the subject.
- Applied without making it awkward
- When she uses the context, Skyller weaves it into the answer in one sentence at most. She does not open with “based on your profile” and does not repeat back what she knows about you.
- Connections
- A map shows how memories link to each other: which entity appears in which facts. It is your own reading, to understand what she put together; it is not a management dashboard.
- Reminders that come back
- A note can carry a date and time for a reminder, including a repeating one. The alert reaches you and the note stays where it was — the reminder erases nothing.
- Nightly tidy-up
- In the early hours Skyller organises memory: it removes repetition, consolidates what became the same thing and drops what lost validity. Your notes are explicitly left out of that tidy-up.
- Each type lasts what makes sense
- Session context expires in six months, and an entity does too — but only once it is left with no facts attached to it. Memory about you expires in a year. Your notes do not expire by age: they only disappear if you delete them.
