Picking up
“Where had I stopped, again?”
You come back on Monday to a Thursday subject. The history is there, but the context — the goal, what was already discarded — was in your head.

Platform · Memory and notes
Skyller remembers your requests, how you work and your decisions, using that context only with you. Your notes stay separate: private notes she does not read, and notes you write for her to consult.

Where this shows up in your day
Memory is not a pretty feature for a demo: it is what separates a tool you use twice from one that enters the routine.

Repetition
Every request starts with the same paragraph: who we are, how we write, who it is for. You rewrite that ten times a week.
Writes it once
Privacy
Some things you write down for yourself: a draft, a reminder, a hard conversation coming up. That is not material for any AI to read.
Stays out of her reach
How it works
The Memory and notes area separates what Skyller learned on her own, what is only yours and what you wrote for her. Mixing the three is what scares people — which is why they do not mix here.
01
Facts and preferences Skyller records after conversations, and that you can also add by hand. Any agent can receive these items when they are relevant.
02
Your own notes, with colour, tags, pinning and a reminder — including a recurring one. Skyller does not consult these notes: no tool reads them and they are never injected into the conversation.
03
What you want that agent to take into account: a way of writing, a restriction, an agreement. The note stays with the agent you wrote it for, and that agent consults it when it judges it necessary — in the same place where it keeps its own notes about your work.
04
A factual question — a definition, a calculation, a “how do I do X” — is answered directly, with no personalisation. Recommendation, decision, planning and writing use what relates to the subject.
05
Open the list, filter by type, origin and period, edit a wrong item, forget an item or clear everything. Forgetting does not erase the conversation where it appeared.
Live proof
Invisible memory is what breeds distrust. Here it is a list of yours, with filters, an edit button and a forget button — the only way a person can trust what the AI knows about them.
Starting point
Skyller recorded that you prefer short answers and that you handle the accounting close. One of the two has changed.
What happens
Result
Memory stops being a black box and becomes a record of yours, which you audit and correct — without depending on support and without erasing the history of the conversations.

Real application
Memory does not show up in a five-minute demo. It shows up in the difference between Monday and Friday for whoever started using it.
Simply works through the week: asks about processes, requests texts, solves pending items.
After the answers, records what repeats: the area, the customers that come up, the preferred text format.
Writes a note for Skyller with the area's agreements: how to sign off, what never to promise, who to escalate to.
The following week, given a request for a customer-facing text, she already delivers it in the right format and with the agreed sign-off.
Changes projects, opens Memory, corrects what got old and forgets the rest.

Next step
It is the most honest test: work normally for a few days, open Memory and read item by item what she recorded about your work. Correct whatever is wrong. Or book a demo and ask to open that screen first.
