Good to know
- Memory belongs to the person: it does not become corporate knowledge and does not enter another person's answer.
- No screen turns memory into a report on behavior, productivity or team monitoring.
- Correcting an item applies from now on; what was already answered stays as it was.

Outside the AI context and tools
- Scoped per person
- Each record carries the company and the user, and reading is filtered by that pair. Asking for another person's memory returns nothing: the server refuses the request, administrators included.
- My notes stay outside
- They are not consulted before answering, do not enter the conversation and do not exist as a tool for the agent. It is an architecture decision, not an option someone switches on by accident.
- Three shapes of memory
- Facts and preferences about you; entities with the facts linked to them, such as clients, projects and people; and the context of each session, with goal and summary.
- Only when the topic calls for it
- A factual question is answered directly. Context comes in for decisions, recommendations, planning and writing, and only what relates to the topic.
- Applied without making it awkward
- When she uses context, Skyller works it into at most one sentence, without opening with “based on your profile”.
- Connections
- A map shows how memories connect: which entity appears in which facts. It is for you to read, not a management dashboard.
- Reminders that come back
- A note can have a reminder date, time and repetition; the notice arrives and the note stays where it was.
- Nightly tidy-up
- Overnight, Skyller removes repetition, merges what became the same thing and drops what lost validity. Your notes stay out of it.
- Each type lasts what makes sense
- Session context expires in six months; an entity too, once it has no linked fact. Memory about you expires in one year. Your notes only disappear if you delete them.
