What one person organises today, the whole company uses tomorrow.

Connected knowledge, conversations, agents and deliverables. The same HR-approved policy answers support questions, becomes a team assessment and supports the meeting deck, without rewriting the content.

FOUR MOVEMENTS

organise knowledge, converse, execute with control and deliver

ONE CONTEXT

hub, workspace, documents and permissions travel with the conversation and the agent

MODELS FROM SUPPLIERS

Skyller uses models from OpenAI, Anthropic and others; what is hers is the context around them

THE SAME RULE EVERYWHERE

if you cannot open the document, you do not get an answer based on it

Platform and models

The intelligence comes from suppliers. The context is your company's.

Skyller uses models from providers such as OpenAI and Anthropic. She does not build models: she organizes the context they receive, controls who can ask and connects the answer to the next step of the work.

What the model does

Read, write, summarise, compare, suggest. It is the same capability you have seen in any AI assistant, and it comes from outside.

  • Understands a request written in plain language and returns text
  • Works with whatever is handed to it in that message
  • Does not know your company, your documents or your rules

What Skyller adds

Everything around the answer — and that is what makes an answer useful for actual work.

  • The place of the conversation: hub and workspace, with that area's instructions
  • The company's published knowledge, filtered by what your account can open
  • Connected systems, function by function, with each person's own login
  • A human confirmation before a sensitive action
  • Where the answer goes: a board card, a document, a deck, an assessment

Three levels, not three brands

In the conversation you choose the level of the task. Skyller chooses the model — no model name appears on screen.

Where this shows up in your day

Three situations where the link between the parts is what solves it.

None of them requires knowing what AI is. All of them require the right information to be in the right place when someone needs it.

The person who answers the same question every week

“Which version of this policy is the right one?”

The rule was reviewed, approved and published. Someone in support asks in plain language and gets the answer with a link to the document behind it. Anyone without access to that document does not get an answer based on it.

An answer with a source that opens

The only person who knows how

“I'm the only one who can put this report together.”

Whoever masters the routine builds an agent with the instructions, the documents it always consults and the system functions the company released. The agent becomes available to the area and acts with the access of whoever asks — not with the access of whoever built it.

The routine stops living inside one person

The person who has to show the team understood

“I emailed the rule and nobody read it.”

The same published document produces an assessment with a deadline, assigned to people and groups, and the outline of a deck for the team meeting. The content is one; only the format changes for whoever needs to receive it.

From a file to measured training

How the parts connect

Five things that keep holding from the first screen to the last.

A platform differs from a pile of tools in one thing: what holds in one part keeps holding in the next. That is why an answer here carries origin, permission and destination.

  1. 01

    The conversation happens somewhere

A hub per area, a workspace per project or process. The hub's instructions apply to everything inside it; the workspace's complement them and prevail on whatever is specific to that work.

  2. 02

What the conversation sees is what you see

The search covers the company's knowledge, the hub's, the workspace's and your own, always filtered by what your account can open. A draft document does not enter the answer.

  3. 03

    Whoever asks stays whoever asks

The agent acts with the access of the person who asked, not with privileged access. A risky action on a connected system stops and waits for Approve or Deny, in the chat or in the approvals inbox.

  4. 04

The answer does not die in the conversation

It becomes a board card with an owner, a document draft in the editor, a deck outline or an assessment to assign — in the same place and under the same permissions.

  5. 05

    What happened stays on record

Author, action, resource, source address and browser stay in the activity trail; credit consumption shows up by area in the administrator's panel.

Live proof

One approved policy, three destinations, no rework.

It is the most common path and the one that best shows the difference between owning the tools and owning the link between them.

  1. Starting point

The remote work policy was reviewed, approved and published in the People hub.

  2. What happens

    1. 01In the chat, inside the People hub, someone asks how many on-site days the rule requires — and gets the answer with the document link.
    2. 02HR creates an assessment from that same policy and assigns it to a group, with a deadline.
    3. 03For the team meeting, the same document becomes a deck outline, reviewed before it turns into slides.
  3. What is left

One approved document carried an answer, an assessment and meeting material. Nobody rewrote the policy three times, and all three outputs point to the same version.

What this scene does not promise

  • The answer cites the source when it came from a document; not every answer comes from a document.
  • Anyone who cannot open the policy does not get an answer based on it.
  • The assessment is created in the quiz assistant, not requested in the chat.
  • The deck uses stock imagery with credit; Skyller does not generate images with AI.

Platform map

Where to go next, in the order of the work.

Each destination below is a page with the full explanation, the demonstration and the limits of that part. The order is the order of the work, not of a feature catalogue.

01

Organize knowledge

Where the company's knowledge lives, who can open it and how it is approved before it counts for the AI.

02

Chat and reuse

Where you ask, reuse what already worked and keep each person's context.

03

Act with control

Where the AI moves from answering to doing — with released functions, human approval and a schedule.

04

Deliver and track

Where the work becomes something another person receives: a card, a deck, an assessment.

And cutting across all four

Identity, permission, approval and record are not a step: they hold in every one of them. Deployment options and the public documents live here too.

Where to start

The first week does not need everything switched on.

The order that works is almost always the same: one place, a few documents, one real question. Connected systems and agents come later, once there is context for them to use.

  1. 01Whoever will use it

Creates a hub for their area and a workspace for the subject at hand.

  2. 02Whoever holds the files

Imports five or ten documents the team consults every week and publishes the ones already in force.

  3. 03Whoever answers questions

Asks in the chat the question that arrives most often by email and checks the source of the answer.

  4. 04Whoever administers

Invites the team, sets roles and follows credit consumption by area.

Comes ready

  • Hubs, workspaces, documents, chat, agents, boards, decks and assessments
  • A library of policy and process templates
  • A catalogue of connectable systems, released function by function
  • Access profiles, risk-based approval and an activity trail

The company decides

  • Which documents get published and who reviews and approves each type
  • Which systems come in and which functions each group may use
  • Who can use each AI level and each person's consumption limit
  • Whether login comes from the company directory or corporate single sign-on

Questions from whoever will decide

What people ask before looking module by module.

Next step

Start with the document your team looks for most.

Upload the rule, the procedure or the manual that generates the most internal questions and ask the question that arrives most often by email. In one afternoon you can see the answer come back with the right source. Or book a demonstration and the team builds the first scenario with you, on fictional data.
