Do I need to contract implementation to use Skyller?

No. Every plan includes self-guided activation and the plan's support. The company sets up users, hubs, documents, agents and connections without contracting a project. Services are optional and come in when the scope justifies them.

How much does a service cost?

It depends on scope: archive volume and quality, number of integrations, training cohorts, infrastructure requirements. Every project receives a proposal with deliverables, owners and acceptance criteria. There is no fixed price list on this page.

Does buying a channel connection include its implementation?

No. A channel connection is an add-on bought in the panel that entitles you to one more connection. Configuring the channel, the agent and the permissions remains the company's work — or a service project, if it prefers.

Who builds the connector for our system?

The company's IT, the system vendor or a partner can build and operate the bridge that exposes only the chosen functions. The Skyller team also develops it as a separate project, with its own proposal, outside the subscription.

Does support do the setup for me?

Support guides and unblocks; it does not carry out migration, configuration or integration on the company's behalf. That work, when contracted, is a service with a defined scope.

What about Enterprise?

Enterprise is a consultative sale: subscription and implementation are separate proposals. The standard offer remains hosted and operated by Skyller; customer-controlled infrastructure is a possibility defined in the project and contract.
